Experience

Eboni has been with Paradise Charnock Hing since joining as a paralegal in 2019. She combines her legal experience in construction law with eight years’ prior experience working as a systems consultant in the construction industry, enabling her to provide practical and commercially focused advice.

Eboni advises clients across the construction project lifecycle, with a particular focus on construction transactions and disputes. She has experience in adjudications under security of payment legislation, as well as alternative dispute resolution and litigation, and regularly assists with contract reviews, negotiations and back-end disputes.

With a strong understanding of construction law principles and industry practice, Eboni delivers strategic advice that takes account of both legal and commercial considerations. She is known for her pragmatic, empathetic and client-focused approach.
