Recently admitted, Eboni has been working with Paradise Charnock Hing since she was a paralegal. Combined with her 8 years’ experience working as a systems consultant in the construction industry, Eboni provides legally and commercially viable solutions to her clients that are pragmatic and results oriented.

Eboni advises on complex contractual transactions and disputes in the construction industry, from finance arrangements through to back-end disputes and has worked on a range of matters on contract negotiations, alternative dispute resolution and litigation.

She has a strong understanding of construction law principles, including security of payment legislation. Paired with her experience working in the construction industry, this allows her to provide commercial and strategic dispute resolution advice that considers the non-legal implications of disputes to her clients.
