Eric has over 17 years’ legal experience. Before joining Paradise Charnock Hing, he was a Special Counsel at global law firm Clyde & Co.

Known as a strong litigator, Eric has been involved in numerous large-scale matters and class actions throughout his career. Clients appreciate Eric’s clear and strategic approach to each matter and his ability to think outside the box in order to obtain the best results.

Eric’s clients include Woolworths, Inghams, Pet Stock, Azzurri Concrete, as well as building and construction companies, real estate agencies, and owners’ corporations. His previous clients include global and domestic insurers such as AXA XL, DUAL, Chubb, AIG, QBE, Liberty, Argenta, Brit, Arch, Riverstone, Markel and various London-based Lloyds Syndicates.

Eric has acted in high-profile litigated matters for and on behalf of companies such as Acciona, Woolworths, and Wilson Security, as well as various construction, mining, energy & solar, and financial services companies.

He advises contractors, subcontractors and principals on their rights, obligations and strategic options under Security of Payment legislation.

Eric also advises real estate agencies in relation to compliance with Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing legislation.
