Recently admitted, Lea has over five years’ experience in a range of political, public sector, and legal roles. Lea approaches her litigation disputes with strategic and nuanced solutions supported by her strong attention to detail. She strives to deliver the best outcome for her clients by her negotiation skills.

In her previous role, Lea advocated for over 50,000 constituents, across various State Government related matters, including the Metro conversion. She has assisted in briefing a Member of Parliament in relation to their portfolio, and in the preparation of Budget Estimates. She also has experience within the insurance and workers compensation industry in relation to regulatory compliance and access to information.

Lea has a strong understanding of corporation and contract law principles, having a keen interest in the area of trust law. Her work experience allows her to skilfully handle disputes and prepare and manage court cases.
